Monika joined the team in 2020 as Office clerk with numerous years’ experience in the Customer Service industries. She moved to the position of Office Co Ordinator in 2022, assisting with the day-to-day office administration. Monika holds qualifications in Effective Supervisor Programme, Improving Customer Care, Health & Safety at Work and Train the Trainer. Monika has proven to be a valuable member of our team.
