Rosaleen Comerford - Manager


Manager Rosaleen Comerford has worked in health care over the last thirty years. She is a Registered General Nurse, trained in St. James’s Hospital, Dublin, it is here that she gained considerable experience in all aspects of Nursing. Rosaleen has worked in the care of the elderly for most of her working career and is passionate about facilitating clients to live in their own home and community for as long as possible. Rosaleen’s professional expertise and experience means that our clients enjoy the highest level of professional service.

As Manager, Rosaleen has overall responsibility for the Management of the Arklow South Wicklow Home Care Service (A.S.W.H.C.) reporting to the Board of Management. As part of a team Rosaleen is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the clients tailored care plan. She is also responsible for facilitating training and supervising all Arklow South Wicklow Home Care staff.

Rosaleen is on the live register with An Bord Altranais and holds certificates in Train the Trainer, IMI Certificate in Supervisory Management and Safety and Health at work.
