Sylvia joined our team in 2016. Prior to this, she worked for over fifteen years in senior administrative roles. Sylvia gained valuable experience in various areas including logistics, customer care, co-ordinating and leading various teams.
As the Assistant Manager to the company, Sylvia is responsible for assessing, evaluating, and implementing the clients care needs. She is also responsible for training and supervising home care support. Sylvia holds qualifications in Business Management & Health and Safety.
