Susan joined our team in 2022 as Assistant Manager, she began her career in homecare as a healthcare assistant after completing her training in community care. She progressed within homecare to the position of Practice Supervisor. Susan is passionate about excellence in care delivery to people in the community and understands the importance of people receiving person-centered care in their own home, while maintaining their autonomy and independence.

Susan works as part of a team with responsibilities for effective and efficient service delivery to our Service User’s. She also supports the wellbeing of our Home Support Workers, encouraging continuous professional development. Susan holds qualifications in Supervisory management and has completed a BA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.
